I'm Bringing Sexy Back...Yea!!

Wow!! Ok, it has been a month since my last check in with Operation Skinny Jeans and let me tell you I have been totally dedicated to it. Every single day Cooper and I walk 2 miles in the morning.If there is a rain delay we make it up in the evening and if we miss it all together we make up the laps the next day.Thanx to Kelly Rippa I have a squat exercise. I hold my stability ball out in front and squat while "writing" the alphabet with my arms. Man, what a work out on the bum!! I have also found a way to curve my need for sweets. I keep a can of Ready Whip in the fridge and if I need a sugar fix, I squrit a shot of it. My lunches have changed too. I love the 100 calorie or less Progresso soups. I will usually have that with a Yoplait or a piece of cheese. So here is the progress made in just 4 weeks.....

Can you believe it!! Oh ya, last Friday I added a new goal. I will not stop untill I look good in boy shorts again!

You keep bringing sexy back cause all I am bringing here is a rotund back, and of course a bag of oreos! I am so proud of you and the little man for getting out there and hitting the pavement! I always found it to be such a great bonding tool and a great way to relieve stress!
