Veggie Tales

Someone has got to explain to me how children are programmed not to like vegetables. Out of no where, Cooper has decided that he will only eat lima beans ( on occasion). This is the same child that only a mere few months ago, chose to eat his green beans over his chicken nuggets. I thought it was too good to be true. I thought to myself " what kinda kid does that?"
Well that is over.
I am going to try to trick him tonight at dinner. I am going to make Mile High Taco Pie and mix the corn in with the refried beans. We shall see if that works. I will also be purchasing that cookbook that Jerry Seinfeld's wife wrote, on hiding veggies!
In other news, Cooper is totally off formula and bottles!! He is also working on keeping his plate on the table and trying to remember to use his fork and spoon. He is getting real close!
