Try To Remain Calm

This has been a day from Hell!
I went head to head with the "manager" at Jennifer Leather. Apparently, my furniture order has yet again been altered. The love seat that was supposed to be here in less than 6 weeks, will
now not be in until mid January! She actually said to me that she would rather loose a sale than have a upset customer. HELLO!! Loosing a sale is an upset customer Ding Dong!
Everything she said I was able to correct. Total contradiction lady!! I had this wonderful idea to go to Ashley Furniture with my invoice from Jennifer's. Find a set like the one I found and tell the sales person if they can at least match it, I would go with them.
So, I packed Cooper and I up in the car and click -click-click....
The damn car would not start!
Tim came home and $107.23 later my car runs and now Cooper is asleep!
I am hoping I can make it to Ashley's before the lady from Jennifer's calls me back!
I hope I am doing the right thing. I really love the set we picked and have to have the sleeper sofa here before Thanksgiving. Why can't Jennifer's throw in a free area rug or something to make me happy?

Maybe you should stop going to furniture stores begining with peoples first names.
Melony says if you want a sleeper we have one, free of charge or $250for shipping ( which ever is greater)and it comes with the lovley essence of Bailey.
Oh and by the way, they are dobermans that eat beagles for breakfast!

Kick thier ass Carol. Not only should you get a free rug but you should get free delivery and doubled warrenty! Demand it!

I would say screw them and take your business else where! If their customer service sucks, it would make me wonder about their warranty...I say go to Ashleys...a great name and way better service!
